I have been working as a therapist for 10 years and providing supervision to other therapists. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, career issues, anger, and low self-esteem. I enjoy working with individuals who struggle with adjusting to their ever-changing lives as well as those with complicated mental health concerns.
